Subscription Terms

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are provided only in accordance with our refund policy.

Payment Processing

We use third-party payment processors and do not store your payment information. All payment processing is subject to the terms and privacy policies of our payment processors.

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Design Foundery and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
